  I was given a coupon for a free visit to Sams. When I tried to go in the door greeter was rude and harassed me. Why give out free visit coupons when your doorman refuses entry. He was unaware that the store was giving out free visitor passses at mall. I never went back.

  Rude staff, poorly organized, and lacking adequate signage to guide folks to parts of the store that are concealed by other sections. The worst Sam's club I've visited. Extremely disrespectful staff member named Mike at the exit has made this business membership take their Sam's Club shopping back across the border to Missouri.
